Requirements:-  

• Execute TSSSA Material planning and Inventory strategies in coordination with Industrialization and Operations

• Define parts typology (based on ABC, variability, business type...etc) for defining planning tactics and to support Line replenishment
• Define and set-up MRP parameters to implement material planning strategies
• Participate in the Engineering Change committee – guarantee proper plan of material changes
• Analyze Inventory content for correcting planning strategies
• Support finance for inventory depreciation calculation
• Implement and manage improvement plan in regard of Inventory reduction
• Measure performance in material planning (material availability) and inventories

Requirements:-

Grade 12
Diploma would be an advantage.
Previous experience within admin department within higher education would be preferred.
2-3 years administrative experience
MS office proficient

Requirements:-

Tertiary qualification – min National Diploma
3-5 years’ experience in education
2 years in academic coordinator role
Understanding processes and policies within education
MS office proficient

Min 3 years’ experience as Certification Officer in educational sector preferred.
Supervision experience preferred.
MS Office proficient, ICT systems and LMS
ICAS knowledge preferred.

Experience within a management role
Experience in formulating policy, developing and implementing new strategies and procedures
Experience in the identification, design, development, and accreditation of new programmes

Skill in creation of quality assurance plans and implementation thereof
Knowledge of education and training legislature framework
Risk management, communication and business acumen skills

Requirements:- 

Minimum requirement of Grade 12 however a post school qualification more advantageous
Minimum 3 years proven experience in academic and programme administration
Technical knowledge of integrated quality assurance administration in order to comply with accreditation criteria

A post graduate qualification is advantageous and a requirement for any lecturer teaching on a degree level.
A proven teaching portfolio that evidence student support and success.

A minimum of 1 year’s lecturing experience required, but 3 or more years’ experience preferred.
