Requirements:-  

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field
• 2+ years of experience as a product manager at a SaaS company; work on data and analytics products/tools.
• Strong customer empathy and experience shaping product direction and execution based on customer needs.
• Comfort with user-centric design, prototyping, research and iteration and ability to express ideas using a design or wireframing tool (e.g., Balsamiq, Figma etc.).
• Ability to develop simple, logical and efficient workflows that prioritise usability and user experience.

• Excellent written and verbal communication and ability to express complex ideas.

Requirements:-

• Relevant Technical tertiary qualification is required: BSc or B Tech in Mechanical (or equivalent) engineering.
• Previous experience with FLSmidth project management will be an advantage.

• Specific knowledge of the following software is required / beneficial
  • MS Office Suite, and specifically Excel
  • ERP systems
• Deep and broad knowledge of technical and production processes, materials, and quality standards
• Relevant experience in heavy engineering manufacturing processes with exposure (on site experience)
• Experience with Liquid solid separation, Milling, Crushing and Materials handling as well as Operation / maintenance / troubleshooting of mine hoists and related equipment is advantageous
• Technical writing and reporting competency

Requirements:- 

• NHD, BSC or B-Eng in Engineering
• At least 12 years’ experience within the mining & mineral processing industry.
• At least 8 years’ experience in the cyclone product line.
• At least 5 years’ experience in a business development role
• Effective verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in other languages, spoken by Customers in the region, will be advantageous.
• Knowledge of cyclone selection, sizing, and operating parameters
• Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, co-workers, clients, vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Proven negotiation and influencing skills – both external and internal.
• Team player, able to balance multiple team memberships.
• Good organization, multitasking and time management skills

• 3-5 years or more experience in a similar position and or in a fabrication machining workshop environment.
• Exposure to HPGR, Mills, Crushers, Sizers and Gearboxes would be an advantage.
• Knowledge of gearboxes (Planetary, Combiflex and Parallel) would be an advantage.
• Practical site experience would be an advantage.
• Knowledge of machining, welding and heat treatment processes.
• The ability to read and interpret engineering drawings (e.g., welding symbols, surface finishes, tolerances).
• Fully conversant with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.
• Working knowledge of CAD software and ERP systems would be an advantage.
• Edge Cam and gear design software would be an advantage.
• Working knowledge of FEA software an advantage.
