Requirements:- 

• Provide support to the Senior Regional Legal Counsel on legal restructuring and shareholder transactions.
• Arrange and attend board and shareholders’ meetings and preparation of agendas and minutes.
• Preparation and arrange the execution of powers of attorney, resolutions, agendas and minutes.
• Ensure that the corporate procedures in the business are effective, with particular regard to renewal of licences.
• Assist the business as and when required to monitor licences to ensure adequate records are maintained and licences are renewed in a timely manner.
• Ensure the registers and books of G4S companies within South Africa are kept updated.
• Ensure that the Company Secretarial Database is kept updated to reflect the latest information registered locally by G4S companies in relation to share capital, ownership, directors and officers, registered addresses and any other relevant information.

Requirements:-

• Ensure that all contracts and service level agreements (SLA) are valid, signed and updated per customer
• Ensure that service level agreements are recorded correctly and communicated to all parties concerned
• Request and attend customer meetings based on the agreed upon frequencies in order to measure and discuss compliance to the SLA
• Assist if required in the billing of customers by sales administration department
• Conduct annual renewal of contract and price increase negotiations prior to the annual contract maturity date
• Ensure that each of the customers have an up to date account plan detailing all action plans and strategies
• Ensure that the customers are made aware of the full-service offerings provided by G4S

Requirements:-

• Posting and querying cellphone / data costs
• Posting and querying vehicle related costs
• Reporting valid variances to management
• Liaise with regions to arrange monthly stock takes
• Processing inventory quantity and valuation variances
• Managing stock codes on ERP system

Requirements:-

• Design solution to meet requirements into efficient code.
• Modify database layouts to accommodate new requirements.
• Test and debug code to produce error free programs.
• Document test requirements for QA personnel.
• Deliver solution within project guidelines and deadlines as reasonably determined
• All the company and departmental procedures and rules must be followed to produce quality software solutions.
• Request clarity around system requirements as needed.

• Install new ABM’s on customer premises
• De Install machines on Customer promises
• Maintain ABM’s and installing new  modifications
• Provide training to the customer on installed ABM
• Assist technicians telephonically or physically to fix problems they are unable to
• Maintain and Install docking stations

• Ensure that all work received daily is processed and cleared on the system
• Check that the information on the bags are correct r

• Receives and signs for all equipment (Firearm, holster, lanyard, ammunition, identity card and vehicle keys) from Armory and returns all equipment at the end of the day
• Check that all equipment is in an effective working order
• Comply with procedures on Company uniform and protective equipment.
• Conduct vehicle audit with vehicle check-list before commencement of duty
• Report minor defects to artisan and report major defects to TSO before commencement of duty and record and maintain a vehicle log book for action.
• Re-fuel vehicle at the commencement of duty to ensure that its ready for the next shift
• Responsible and accountable for all technology and  and equipment used in the vehicle
• Responsible for the cleanliness of the vehicle(washed daily)
• Inspects vehicle on completion of duty to ensure that there are no boxes/ Stoploss Bags or other items left behind in the vehicle inadvertently
• Check for unauthorized persons or property to be carried on the vehicle

Requirements:-

• Manage the relationship between actual results, budgets and delegating accountability where appropriate.
• Initiate cost-saving models and Controls (Gross Margin Management)
• Operations Management (policies and procedures, recordkeeping, reconciliations, cash counts, float management)
• Quality Assurance of the Cash Centre (legislative requirements)
