Requirements:-

• Bachelors Degree at NQF level 7 or equivalent in commerce or similar field (essential)
• 10 -12 years of experience of which 5 years is at a senior management level within sales and servicing environment (essential)

• Road freight and logistics specific industry knowledge
• Consumer behaviour methodologies and frameworks
• Knowledge of global best practice in supply chain

• Digitalisation and digitisation knowledge
• Client retention strategies
• Change management methodologies

Requirements:-

  • Short Term Insurance NQF level 5 qualification
  • FAIS Compliant (120 - 150 FAIS Credits)
  • Regulatory Exam (RE5) - must be completed
  • NQF level 4 or NQF level 5 in Wealth Management | Insurance
  • 2 - 4 years short term insurance and underwriting experience essential
  • Bachelors Degree is highly advantageous
  • Must have own reliable vehicle and valid drivers licen

Requirements:-

• Bachelor of Pharmacy Degree
• Minimum 2 years experience in regulatory affairs in any regulated regions e.g., South Africa Europe, UK, Australia, Canada, Japan
• Attention to detail
• Pharmacovigilance is an advantage
• 2 Years experience in regulatory affairs and attention to detail

Requirements:-

• Business Management Degree is highly advantageous
• Outbound & inbound contact centre operational management and strategic planning experience within a sales environment
• 2 years experience as a Senior Operations Manager within a Contact Centre BPO environment; OR
• 3 years experience as an Operations Manager within a Contact Centre BPO environment

  • Prepared for 24 hours call out and break downs
