Requirements:-

• ·      Managing iTEACHlab activities daily
  ·      Ensure that all stakeholders receive minutes and updates timeously
  ·      Stock take within the Lab
  ·      Venue Booking and Allocation of the hubs within the lab
  ·      Marketing of the iTEACHlab when required
  ·      Build rapport with and develop relations with all stakeholders including academics, students, school partners and other external stakeholders

Requirements:-

• ·       Check student’s registration status on Manmis/SIS to ensure that student is currently registered
  ·       Capture topic details onto excel database and Manmis/SIS
  ·       Regular communication with students and supervisors regarding PPR and Pastoral Care
  ·       Communicate with supervisors for prospective examiners, and non-evaluative report of the thesis
  ·       Communicate with prospective thesis examiners for their availability
  ·       Set-up dates for mock-thesis defence, and final thesis defence
  ·       Acknowledge receipt of application submitted to Mancosa Research Ethics Committee (MREC)
  ·       Minute taking for the MREC
  ·       Inform researcher about the outcome of the ethics application

  ·Attend training workshops
  ·Implementing the process
  ·Assist student recruitment consultants with administration tasks throughout the intake
  ·Updating statistics control sheet on daily basis

  ·Assist with MANMIS verification and that all details have been correctly captured by the SRC
  ·Assist in contact detail verification
  ·Assist with pre-selections verification

  ·      Relevant Engineering or Facilities Management courses would be an advantageous

• Filling of high level vacancies from requisition up to on-boarding & engagement
• Vacancies advertised on relevant publications, job boards, social media platforms, sent internally and if necessary, with recruitment agencies
• Maintain the recruitment websites with up to date vacancies
• Conduct fair, objective, job relevant screening, reference checks and selection of job applicants for short-listing and interview
• Set up the interviews, communicate with line management and/or the interview panel and applicants, prepare interview guides, evaluate applicants and recording interview outcomes
• Conduct credit and criminal checks

Requirements:-

• To provide administrative assistance to students who contact MANCOSA with an assessment-related query telephonically, via a live chat or by sending an email via the ticketing system, so as to provide satisfactory resolution to the student query.
• The Assessments Student Support Consultant must offer guidance to students across a range of assessment related aspects.
• Collaborating with team members and relevant stakeholders to assist students for query resolution.
• Ensure all assessment-related student support needs are met and always in line with the organizational vision, mission and strategy.
• Efficiently handle operations within the call center and administration unit whilst maintaining service levels that are agreed upon and measured against key performance indicators.
• Develop and Improve student satisfaction strategies through efficient use of communication skills, available systems, tools and processes

• ·       Lead the Directorate with a strong focus quality and ensuring alignment with regulatory compliance in all the structures, policies and processes
  ·       Quality assure and manage formal processes related to admissions and selections
  ·       Oversee the enterprise digitalisation agenda of the Department
