Requirements:-

3 years’ experience in a similar role with a customer services focus within the Automotive Retail Industry or Banking environment.

Grade 12 /Matric and with a relevant diploma. Credit Management Diploma will be advantageous. In addition, a Regulatory Exam, NC Accreditation, Retail or Short-Term Insurance Qualification with minimum 120 credits

Requirements:-

• Carry out accurate costing of job cards within Company Policy and Procedures
• Marry up invoices, outwork invoices and orders to respective job cards
• Perform all calculations within correct mark-up
• Clear in advance all accounts with debtors
• Check all repair orders have been signed by the owner
• Check technicians record of work is completed
• Check recorded Technicians clock times
• Check parts department confirmation of parts supplied, and have been signed by the Service Advisor
• Invoicing and marking up
• Process warranty claims in terms of Company Policy and Procedures (accurately and timeously)
• Obtain correct information on warranty claim regarding Customer complaint and cause of defect
• Obtain all relevant documentation pertaining to claim

Requirements:-

• Coordinating workflow in the service department, between service advisors, foreman and customers.
• Updating service customers on all service bookings and progress timeously.
• Being a team player, to be able to work all respective stakeholders.
• Ensure workshop opening and closing daily and timeously.
• Ensure the security of vehicles, i.e. vehicles locked in workshops and keys locked in a key safe.
• Ensuring first thing in the morning that vehicles are parked outside and that the keys are locked in a key safe.
• Ensuring job cards are signed & compliant as per Motus & MBSA requirements.
• Assisting and timeously advising Technicians on quotes.
• Give assistance to the Controller, Foreman, Service Manager, Service Receptionist
• Follow up on parts ordered to workshop within a 5-day turnaround time as per MBSA requirements
• Book in vehicles with completed relevant information in line with Cargo Motors Compliance requirements.
• Ensure that all vehicles with specific complaints are test driven with either a Foreman or a Quality Controller before the client leaves the dealership where necessary
• Ensure that all vehicles are test driven
• Record and report comebacks as per Motors compliance requirements

  • Provide excellent customer service, effectively assisting with customer queries.

  • Various admin and general office duties, for example capturing fuel, VRV’s, non revs etc., following up on overdue rentals, scanning, partial billing, fleet movement control, claims reports, rental deposits, handing in and recording of all customers lost property recoveries from vehicles.

  • Responsible for the security and quality control of vehicles and other company property.

  • Identification and reporting of expired licenses, service due vehicle and any other issues not conforming to our quality standards.

  • Adherence to good housekeeping and general cleanliness standards for branch environment.

  • Handling vehicle check-ins in accordance with company, quality control and claims procedures.

  • Maintaining cleanliness of yard and other surrounding areas.

  • Maintaining the integrity of the company by behaving ethically and safeguarding the assets and interests of both the business and our customers.

  • Other duties on request.

• -To ensure that incoming telephone calls are answered in a timely manner

  -To ensure customers comfort in the reception area

  -To manage the switchboard i.e. transferring calls, taking messages etc

  -To control any machinery/lighting, etc. so as to maintain reception displays but to limit unwarranted wastage

  -To assist in managing the cleaners and ensuring that the front desk and dealership is kept up to date at all times

  - To assist in managing junior staff who may work in the reception area from time to time

  - To ensure all weekly / monthly reports required by the Dealer Principal / Accountants are completed promptly

Requirements:-

- 2-3 years experience in same or similar role- Minimum 3 years experience in the motor industry

• Accounting: The Parts Financial and Operations Manager should have a thorough understanding of accounting principles, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial statements. They should be able to manage the accounting functions of the parts department and ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards
• Inventory Management: The Parts Financial and Operations Manager should be experienced in managing inventory, including forecasting demand, optimizing stock levels, and minimizing excess or obsolete inventory. They should be able to implement effective inventory control systems and procedures
• Operations Management: The Parts Financial and Operations Manager should have experience in managing the day-to-day operations of the parts department,

2 years supervisory / team lead experience in a similar environment. Car rental experience is preferred and highly desired.
