Duties:

Conduct weekly and monthly status reports of all complaints cases.

Monitor the actual numbers of cases received by the sub-programmes.

Timeously report erroneous numbers reported.

MSc degree in Biological or Veterinary Sciences (NQF 9) *3 years working experience in Biological sciences research and development environment with the following: *Industrial experience in general laboratory practices (aseptic techniques). *Basic knowledge of virology, bacteriology, parasitology, and immunology as it pertains to veterinary diseases, vaccine manufacturing and animal health. *Working knowledge of quality management systems of interest to OBP, namely; GCP/GLP/GMP/ISO.

Postgraduate (Honours) qualification in one of the functional specialisations of Corporate Services. NQF 8. *MBA or Equivalent Qualification is advantageous NQF 9 (Business Management) *10 Years’ management experience, of which at least 5 years must be within a senior management role, primarily within an HR environment, including additional experience in at least two of the additional Corporate Service functional areas.

* Graduate Degree in Human Resources Management NQF 7. *Additional degree or qualification in Employment Relations, Learning and Development, Performance Management etc. will be advantageous NQF 6 *Minimum 5 years experience in a human resources environment of which 3 years must include supervisory experience within an HR environment. *Experience working within a manufacturing environment is advantageous.

* National Diploma in IT with ITIL Foundation. NQF 6 * Certificate in A+, N+ * Valid CCNA and MCITP certifications are advantageous.
* 3 Years’ experience supporting Microsoft based operating systems * Proven experience using and troubleshooting Microsoft Office Suite *Proven experience within a network environment * Basic understanding of server administration, PC hardware set-up and configuration * Business Analysis skills will be advantageous *Experience with ERP support will be advantageous * Experience within a manufacturing environment will be advantageous

Bachelor’s Degree in IT * *Valid CCNA and MCP certifications advantageous * At least five (5) years technical IT experience in a Microsoft environment including specific expertise in the following: Microsoft Windows Server Operating Systems (2012, 2019), Active Directory, Business Analysis, Ms Windows environment data backups using Veeam, Office 365 and Exchange Online, SharePoint, System Centre, SQL database management and scripting,, ERP support (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or Navision), network management, firewall administration, ICT security, IP telephony systems, and strong Ms Windows desktop support experience.

*National Diploma in Office Management, Administrative Management / Secretarial or a related field NQF 6. *Computer literacy - MS Office Suite
⦁ *5 Years secretarial experience working within an Executive Office.

: *Honours level in Operations Management (NQF 8). *Degree in Biological Science would be advantageous *At least 10 years’ experience in a GMP biological/pharmaceutical production environment with at least 5 years managerial experience. *Quality management experience is required.

Diploma in Biological or Veterinary Sciences (NQF 6). *2 Years’ experience working in a cell and microbial (viral and bacterial) culturing laboratories.

MSc degree in Biological or Veterinary Sciences (NQF 9) *5 years post MSc working experience in Biological sciences research and development environment with the following: *Experience in the animal health industry including understanding its regulatory environment. *Industrial experience in the vaccine development value chain, i.e. discovery, antigen stock characterization and preservation, manufacturing process design, quality control protocol development, product efficacy evaluation, and technology transfer. *Combined knowledge of virology, bacteriology, parasitology, and immunology as it pertains to veterinary diseases, vaccine manufacturing and animal health. *Proven track record of having established sufficiently funded collaborative partnerships and networks that yielded commercial products and technologies. *Proven track record in successfully mentoring junior employees and trainees. *Working knowledge of quality management systems of interest to OBP, namely, GCP/GLP/GMP/ISO.

National Diploma in Security Management and/or Police Administration NQF 6 * Registered with PSIRA (Grade A). *7 Years of experience in the field of security management, with at least 3 years of supervisory or managerial experience, within a manufacturing environment *24/7 Availability – on call * Willing to work extended working hours * People management and empowerment * Project management * Computer literacy * Tenacity and ability to build relationships and influence others

Grade 12 Certificate (NQF 4) * Boiler Operator Certification from an accredited service provider * 2 Years’ Boiler operations experience.

N6/S4/T3 Diploma in Instrumentation (NQF 6) * Instrumentation Trade Certificate is advantageous * 3 Years’ Experience as an Instrument Technician or similar role * Knowledge on PLC Programming * Knowledge in Robotics, AC/DC & SCADA * Ability to work stand-by * Ability to respond to afterhours call outs

B-Degree in Project Management (NQF 7) * Formal Project Management Certification is advantageous (e.g. PMBOK, Prince2, etc.) * Min 5 years’ experience in Project Management field with management of multiple projects and supervision support of diverse project staff * Experience in managing and execution of project management processes, procedures and documentation. Willing to work extended hours where required
