• 5 to 10 years QMS experience
• 10 to 15 years manufacturing experience within an FMCG or Pharmaceutical environment
• Minimum of 5 years relevant Management/General Management experience in a similar function would be advantageous

Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Knowledge of traditional marketing (events, campaigns) and digital marketing (website, social media, digital platforms, analytics).
• Proficiency in full Microsoft Office suite, especially with Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS).
• Working knowledge of HTML and design and email software.
• Experience in working with marketing budgets and forecasting.
• Language: English and Afrikaans.
• Excellent skills in marketing, communication, and people.
• Must understand the process and pace of marketing deadlines and timelines.

• Red Seal Certification
• 5+ years in manufacturing environment (extrusion experience advantageous)
• 3+ years in a position that supervised/managed a team

• Must have single phase and 3 phase experience
• Experience in the following would be advantageous: water and vacuum pumps, blowers, chillers, compressors, etc.
