Requirements:-

• Assist the Senior Workout and Restructuring Specialist in developing a restructuring diagnostic tool.

Requirements:-

• Prepare credit applications through analysis and interpretation of financial and economic metrics as it applies to client.
• Deal assessment and structuring with regards to ensuring that new business written is of acceptable risk.
• Conduct quality credit assessment and present funding solutions.
• Ensuring that the integrity of both financial and institutional data on both the Cash Flow models and the Credit Risk Rating Models are reliable and consistent.
• Issuing recommendations as to the creditworthiness of a given project or counterpart.
• Determination of the adequacy of the security given for the facility.

Requirements:-

• Assist in the development and implementation of compliance risk management framework and strategies relating to KCG, and establish policies, processes and procedures to implement the framework.
• Perform end-to-end compliance risk identification, assessment, monitoring, quantification, treatment and reporting process.
• Ensure compliance with policies, relevant contracts, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor the effectiveness of controls to mitigate or minimise risk timely.
• Contribute to compliance risk reports highlighting areas of concerns and provide recommendations
• Assist business in resolving(remedial action) compliance breaches to legislative requirements
• Communicate with relevant decision makers and other stakeholders of any potential compliance risk to business and any regulatory changes

Requirements:-

• Perform audit planning process which includes arranging and attending to pre-audit meetings and discussion of the engagement approach and scope with auditees.
• Obtain a better understanding of the current process (walk through);
• Document the system description/ analysis to gain understanding of the business unit or audit area and assess the risks and the adequacy of controls;
