Requirements:-  

• Bachelor’s Degree Computer Science or related field
• Achieve Salesforce.com certification requirements as a developer and advanced developer
• Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification
• Salesforce Platform Developer II Certification
• Working towards or actively holding the Vlocity Certification
• 5 years Salesforce Delivery in Large Enterprise
• Strong customization in LWC
• Knowledge of Agile development practices, particularly sprint planning and assessment in addition to all the above. Should be comfortable working in Agile – user stories, features, story points, etc.
• 5+ years’ experience in a development role with at least 2-3 years of that experience including development specifically within the Salesforce environment
• Prior leadership experience either in a true management role or taking the lead within a team
• Prior experience in Vlocity implementations
• Strong knowledge of object-oriented concepts and design patterns and prior work with OO languages (Java, Ruby, C#, C++, etc)
• Strong competency around MS SQL Server, MYSQL, or Oracle • Working knowledge and experience as
• Vlocity Omniscript developers that have experience doing FlexCard development and backend integration procedures to push and pull data from various systems
• Experience on the Salesforce Lightning Platform, including the following: Process Builder, Work flows,
• Lightning Flows, Lightning App Builder, Approval Process, Validation Rules, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud
• Working knowledge of deployment process and tools – Ant, Jenkins, Ibm Cloud tool chain, Copado.
• Knowledge and experience in Visualforce, Lightning components (both Aura and LWC), Apex, HTML,
• CSS, JavaScript and other technologies
• Working experience and knowledge with Vlocity platform capabilities, including DataRaptors,
• Integration Procedures, Calculation Matrices and Procedures, OmniScripts, Flex Cards, Vlocity Data Model, Vlocity CPQ.
• Working knowledge and experience in Salesforce REST and SOAP API
• Working knowledge and experience in Saleforce event driven architecture capabilities such as Platform Events, Change Data Capture, Push Topics

Requirements:-

• Quote and assess damage against a provided or requested quotation.

• Ability to identify and use aftermarket spares when vehicle warranty has expired.

• Generate claims report and communicate the outcome with client and intermediary.
• Determine market value of vehicle for settlement (valuation).
• Establish outstanding finance details, release settlements and documents for salvage management.
• Ability to Authorise for repair, cash settlement, replace or write-off.
• Complete investigative / merit report.
• Make notes on claims systems, process claims and upload documents.
• Required to load the order amendments.
• Responsible to sign off the Final Repair Calculation (FRC).
• Responsible for posting claims to care.
• Handle complaints, queries and interaction with clients, intermediaries, service providers, internal stakeholders’ relationship managers, claims committee and options from underwriters.

Qualifications:

• 3 years of project management experience with a strong background in managing and supervising technical projects in a large-scale enterprise environment
• Excellent communication skills and organizational skills; ability to work well within a team
