Requirements:-

• Bachelor’s Degree with focus in an analytical discipline (eg. Logistics, applied sciences, computer science, math, statistics, economics, operations, engineering, etc.); advanced degree is a plus
• A minimum of  7 years’ experience in operational planning, ideally demand / supply planning or customer service roles
• Knowledge of planning systems, (SAP APO) and O2C (SAP ECC) and Kinaxis Rapid Response are a plus
• Ability to analyze complex data sets, create strategic recommendations
• Advanced Excel experience required
• Ability to effectively communicate complex concepts in straight-forward ways to multiple levels of the organization

• B.Sc Computer Science / BComm Information Systems with 5 years' experience in a Production environment OR (BsC is preferrable)
• Btech Electronic Eng / National Diploma Electronic Engineering support by additional certication eg Microsoft Networking, Dell, Cisco or similar with 7 years' experience in a Production Environment
• Knowledge or familiarity with OT security solutions and technologies such as; IP networks, firewalls, SIEM, remote access control, anti-virus / anti-malware, threat monitoring etc
• Strong understanding of legacy A&C concepts and technology and digital OT and Industry 4.0 technology in terms of network infrastructure, integration with business information systems, and the challenges faced from a cyber security perspective.
• Experience with automation equipment and structures
• Experience with cyber security controls and best practice
• Strong communication (verbal and written) and networking skills (interpersonal and planning)
• Strong team focus, communication, relationship building and influencing skills.
• Ability to lead teams with internal and external resources.

Requirements:-

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Business essential – advantageous

• 5-10 years FMCG experience in deductions, claims management, or related preferred

• Advanced user of MS Office applications essential (especial MS Excel)

• Knowledge of claims processes advantageous.

• Experience with SAP/ ERP systems essential.

• Experience in Order to Cash environment
