•  At least 5 progressive years of experience as a specialist working in Economic Strengthening or Workforce Development in South Africa.
•  Experience overseeing partners is desirable.
•  Demonstrated experience linking youth to employment or entrepreneurship activities
•  Demonstrated knowledge of the potential private sector support landscape for young women in South Africa
•  At least three years demonstrated PEPFAR experience in managing and supervising a team preferred
•  Strong familiarity with PEPFAR and USAID policies, procedures, rules, regulations, and reporting requirements for INGO-led projects
•  Proven management and inter-personal skills.
•  Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
•  Valid South African driver’s license.
•  Eligibility to work in South Africa.

Requirements:-

•  5+ years working experience in professional writing or copy editing, preferably in a sales environment.
•  Fluent in spoken & written corporate English, French would be an additional advantage.
•  Outstanding Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint skills.
•  Strong communication skills & capacity to develop key proposal texts.
•  Strong editing & proofreading skills.
•  Capacity to work in a flexible way, often within very short timeframes.

•  Creative with the ability to take own initiative.
•  Experience & / or understanding of the humanitarian & development sector is an advantage.

Requirements:-

3 years of experience in human rights, political affairs, international relations, law or related area is required.

•  Experience working with international human rights standards, instruments and mechanisms is desirable. Experience in human rights monitoring and reporting and/or in building capacity for the promotion and protection of human rights is desirable. Internships and voluntary work may be considered at 50% if deemed relevant.
•  Previous experience as a volunteer and/or experience of another culture, (i.e. studies, volunteer work, internship) would be highly regarded

Requirements:-

3 years of experience in administration and/or programme management and/or programme support services;

•  Experience in office and HR management is an added asset;
•  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
•  Sound ICT skills: MS Word Package, Excel, PowerPoint, etc., and social media;
•  Experience in handling web-based management systems is highly desirable;
•  Experience with volunteer management or volunteering is an asset, as is experience working in the UN or other international development organization;
•  Excellent oral and written skills; excellent drafting, formulation, reporting skills;
•  Excellent interpersonal skills; culturally and socially sensitive; ability to work inclusively and collaboratively with a range of partners, including grassroots community members, religious and youth organizations, and authorities at different levels.

Requirements:-

• Advanced degree in international development, public health, or another relevant field
•  Minimum of ten years of experience in project management, public health programs, pharmaceuticals, and medical supplies, and/or supply chain management systems
•  Experience working in the South Africa public and/or private sector health system
•  Prior experience in a senior management position such as chief of party or deputy chief of party for a USAID-funded program, preferred
•  Demonstrated leadership and management skills necessary to develop, articulate, and implement the vision for this activity
•  Demonstrated ability to establish strong working relationships with government officials, non-governmental organizations, private sector actors, and other donors and in assisting multi-stakeholder consultations, negotiations, and consensus building; experience interacting with such stakeholders in South Africa preferred
•  Demonstrated leadership, versatility, and integrity
•  Strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills
•  Fluent English oral and written communication skills are required
